Innovation from Microsoft named Microsoft HoloLens is mixed reality device powered by Windows 10 and many other applications that can be useful in business, education and also in daily life.
Whether you want to make a Skype call, read a newspaper, present your ideas, design something or do any kind of research, Microsoft HoloLens makes it feel realistic with built-in sensors, sound and speaker system. There are numerous examples of usage of this device in medicine with planning surgeries and in engineering by creating new products.
Our colleagues had a chance to use HoloLens to develop functionalities on their projects. That is the reason why we like it even more.
The HoloLens augmented reality headset has overcome all our expectations, and we believe that any improvement in the future will undoubtedly make it better and useful.
We can’t wait to see what’s coming next in tech innovations.
ICodeFactory always had a great collaboration with students so we have made a step ahead and started an official partnership with two well-known faculties of the University of Novi Sad, the Faculty of Science and the Faculty of Economics.
We already had some mutual activities as giving lectures and participating in the students' fairs, but from now on, our collaboration will strengthen. The University will keep following the industry requirements and adapt to the market and technological changes more easily.
Students’ benefits from this collaboration are opportunities to get practical experience. They can use the theoretical knowledge, gained at the University, and transfer it into the practical and real projects in ICodeFactory. While still at the University, students can start their career in IT industry through scholarships, internships, workshops or to do their Bachelor and Master Thesis.
For us, this is a chance to meet the most talented students and be the place where they can learn and have access to the real challenges and the latest technology. Their knowledge, curiosity and ideas are highly welcome at ICodeFactory, and we are looking forward to starting with the official partnership activities.
This time we have some really awesome news about our very first conference named ICodeFerence.
The conference was held on Saturday, 10th of June, 2017 in our office at Master Congress Center. It was an exciting challenge for us to organize an event like this for the first time.
The goals of the ICodeFerence are to share the knowledge among colleagues, learn how to better understand the project or tasks and think faster in specific circumstances, to share some interesting ideas and learn from the practical experience and challenges that others have been faced with.
Lecturers at the ICodeFerence were professionals from ICodeFactory team with many years of work on real cases and up-to-date with the latest technology. The topics they covered are:
- Basics of Git version control system
- Asynchronous programming in C #
- JQuery Widget Factory
- The basics of security in today's applications
- Application Lifecycle Management in theory and practice
- Train the trainer
It is easy to notice that we explained various topics at the ICodeFerence which will affect software development in ICodeFactory in the future. One of the most interesting things was the opportunity for participants to discuss with lecturers and give their opinions during the presentations.
At the end of the conference, we have prepared some presents for our lecturers and attendees.
