This time we had a chance to share our expertise with Economics students in Novi Sad.
Due to our collaboration with Faculty of Economics we were more than glad to accept their invitation to participate in Business Application Development class. We spoke about modern trends of developing business applications and their current challenges.
Students had a chance to find out more about ICodeFactory and all the possibilities we provide for their future employment. We emphasized the importance of lifelong learning besides formal education and discussed their visions of their first job.
We are looking forward to participating in the Konteh fair at the Faculty of Technical Sciences in Novi Sad once again. This two-day event provides students the unique chance to meet different business organizations and discover various choices for the first steps in their professional path.

Last year was the year of education for ICodeFactory and we have traveled all across Europe providing IT training. This year we are planning to do the same thing not only in the area of education, but also in software development and IT consulting.
Part of ICodeFactory team visited our valuable business partner in Hannover in January. Our success story with this German partner started over ten years ago and cooperation between us is only getting stronger as the years go by.
It is always exciting to try something new and move our collaboration to a higher level. Within this visit, we wanted to revise what we have done by now and define what we have to do in the next period. We talked about new case scenarios, duties, responsibilities, values and how we should approach the business with new strategies.
Long-lasting partnership is truly like a great friendship. It requires lot of mutual understanding, open communication and shared vision, but one thing is for sure, we are better together than alone.
