Almost two decades ago, there was a vision, a desire to learn, grow and contribute to creating a positive impact in society. What started as a simple idea and a big dream, eventually led to having a whole team of people, working on projects in various industries, continually learning and providing quality software solutions.
Time flies by when you are doing something you love, because before you even realize it, at the end of last year ICodeFactory turned 18!
Our guiding principle, Implement Your Vision, has been the driving force behind our journey. Looking back, we've not just held onto this credo; we've embodied it daily.

As we take time to reflect, it feels good to look back on all the interesting projects and creative solutions that shaped the previous years. We have been all about taking on different challenges, exploring new areas, and coming up with fresh ideas. This exploration aligns with our commitment to staying at the forefront of industry trends and embracing innovation to enhance our work.
Amidst the dynamic landscape of our work, there are numerous reasons to celebrate recent accomplishments. First, celebrating the projects we worked on. Exploring new approaches and innovative solutions in engineering has led us to some amazing breakthroughs and taught us a lot. Every year we continue to organize worldwide IT training, and nothing makes us more motivated to do our job than sharing our expertise and seeing the impact it can have. Our ongoing quest for excellence in projects, along with sharing knowledge through training, is the core of our dedication to promoting progress and innovation.

With time, many things have changed – we have grown as a team, changed offices, slightly altered our logo and visuals, but there are some things that remain the same and continue to evolve – our desire to learn, expand and share our knowledge. We are not afraid to exchange ideas, challenge the status quo, and dive headfirst into new fields. It's not just about keeping up; it's about staying ahead. Knowledge can be a team sport, and when we share what we know with each other, we are not just building ourselves up; we are elevating everyone on the team.
